I passed!!!

Remember I mentioned about the CUTE in my previous post? Guess what? I passed!!! Alhamdulillah. Now I am hoping my recruiter read this and be proud :) it's no big deal but this is big for me coz I was mentally prepared to fail since I didn't manage to cover all chapters and didn't go to the class. As I was registering myself for the exam just now, I was planning on what I'm going to do if I fail. I was planning to take a day off and go to the class ASAP and take my exam back. But now since I passed, save my annual leave and save RM250 for the exam! Phewww...

But I did go through tough time prior to my exam. To start off, supposedly hubby is supposed to send me to the test centre then he and Izma will lepak at KLCC while I have my test. But Izma wouldn't sit in her car seat so I have to walk from KLCC to the test centre which is at Megan Avenue. No big deal right, just nearby beside the Ambank building in front of KLCC. So I'm supposed to be there half an hour before the test which is at 11.30 am. It was already 11.15 when I left KLCC. I reached the test centre (which I thought so) at 11.25 and I was like ok, I made it and it's still early. But the disaster starts as I confidently ask the security guard there 'Which one is block E?'
Guard: Block A ke?
Me: Bukan A. Block E.
Guard: (Pause for a long long time) Errr di sini tidak ada Block E.
Me: Ada la. Block E, Megan Avenue 1 (dgn nada konfiden dan riak sambil nak tunjuk address yg telah digoogle dlm hp :p)
Guard: Ooo mungkin ni Block E di Megan Avenue 1
Me: What? Ni bukan Megan Avenue ke? (sambil menunjuk ke arah papan tanda yg tulis Megan Avenue in front of the building)
Guard: Mmg ini Megan Avenue tapi Megan Avenue 2
Me: Ooo Block E ni di Megan Avenue 1 ye? (it's ok Megan Avenue 1 surely just beside Megan Avenue 22 right? Duhh common sense ;p)
Guard: Ya di Megan Avenue 1. Ini Megan Avenue 2 ada Block A, B dan C saja.
Me: So mane Megan Avenue 1? Dekat je kan? (sambil look around kut2 boleh jumpe sendiri without the guard's help)
Guard: Eh jauh Megan Avenue 1. Di belakang Bank of China dekat Jalan Ampang.
Me: What??? Jauh??? (Ok I'm definitely won't make it. Btw where the **** is Bank of China?)
Guard: Jauh jugak kalau nak jalan. Dekat Ampang Park tu.
Me: Ooo dekat Ampang Park. Ok thanks. (down down down down down.....)

Then I called hubby and told him that I'm at the wrong place. He said there's a shortcut to go there from Megan Avenue 2. Perlu melalui jalan2 kecil dan sunyi dan panas. Oh no thanks! So I was like ok I'm going back to KLCC and that's it for today. But then as I turned back and walked to the direction of KLCC, I saw a taxi dropping by its passenger at the roadside and I was like TING!!! (light bulb on ;p) Why not kan? Just give it a try la.
Me: Pakcik, pegi Megan Avenue 1 boleh? (btw scary ok the taxi driver, big bald man with moustache...ganas kan?)
Driver: Boleh....(then pause for looonnnnggg time) 5 ringgit boleh?
Me: (Mak aiiii suspen giler ingat nak ckp 50 ringgit tadi...cis!!) Boleh la....(masuk2 taxi, dgr alunan ayat2 Al-Quran...Alhamdulillah...ok x scary dah pakcik ni ;p)

After 2 minutes I arrived at the destination (patut la cuak2 je pakcik tu nak ckp 5 ringgit...dokek giler kutttt, cis lagi skali!!).

Then the rest is history.......lalalalalalala~~~~~ (malas nak cite dah sbenarnye...penat buat skrip sume kat atas...fuhhhh....) 

CUTE

Am I ready for the CUTE? NO, NO and absolutely NOT!!! And I have only 2 days left!!! Waaa hellllppppppp!!!!!! If my recruiter read this, dia pasti pengsan di laut sana...huhuhu

Hey this is serious ok. Yeah I know it's CUTE but it's not the comel tembam debab buchuk2 punye cute okayyy. In this case my CUTE is the Computerised Unit Trust Examination!!! Haa now it sounds scary right? Yes I'm very scared. I have 6 chapters to cover and I had covered...........1 chapter ONLY!!!!! Ok now I'm really really really scared. I haven't memorize all the formula yet, haven't buy the calculator yet, haven't go through all the sample questions.....I'm dead!!!!

Sudah2 jgn membebel di sini. Sila pergi belajar sekarang si emy yg cute!!! ;p

Izma's 1st birthday bash

Wow tajuk macam ada bitrthday party besar-besaran tapi sebenarnya just a small makan2 session at my in-law's. Asyik la menumpang rumah diorang kan sebab rumah sendiri tak siap lagi...huhu insyaAllah by this year siap :) Ok la actually this is just to kill time before I go down to Twin Towers Fitness Centre (TTFC)...ececece saje je nak sebut nak gi gym kan ;p baru kali ketiga yer. Don't over excited yet. Those 5kg are still around...literally ;p

I just want to upload the photos from the makan2 session, courtesy of my SIL @ Izma's Mak Su. Nak harap mama n ayah Izma entah bila nak start rajin mengambil and mengupload gambar...huhu ok2 let's see what we have...

Birthday girl sedikit bad mood sebab masa org start dtg tu dia dipaksa bangun tido..huhu cranky n berkepit je ngan mama. Dress from Lovely Lace with matching hair clip and socks :)

I love love love this Barbie cake. It's so yummy as it looks! Got it from here http://babycakes2u.blogspot.com/

And the best thing is that the owner is from Bangi hence very convenient to pick up this fragile lovely cake. My hubby picked up the cake on his own and the owner was really worried because no one hold the cake in the car. But the cake turned out perfectly ok! Yelah rumah pun sekangkang kera je. Just to promote, the whole cake is edible (except for the Barbie Doll of course ;p), the icing is made from soft buttercream (not the hard fondant) and inside is tasty moist chocolate cake...so yummy!!!!!

Izma je yang boleh dok dekat with this cake. Kanak2 lain tidak dibenarkan ye ;p

2011

Hi all! Hopefully it's not too late to wish you Happy New Year 2011!!! Yeah it's already 7 days into the new year I know but still not too late for the wishing kan :) So what's your resolutions for this year? As for me, I do have a few in mind right now and let's see what I've got so far~~~

1. To become a successful unit trust agent (belom jadi agent lagi but on the way, hopefully in 2 months time)
2. To get my promotion by this year - definitely will miss the April batch, let's aim for the October batch ok (but in order to do this I have to change my SKG ASAP!!!)
3. To lose weight - A LOT OF IT!!!!! Ok let's be a little bit realistic here...I want to get rid at least 5kg of those extra fat...fuhhh itu hanyalah sebahagian kecil lemak yang perlu dibuang ye kawan2...masih ada lebihan yang mungkin perlu di'bring forward'...haha
4. To teach Izma ABC, 123 and Alif Ba Ta and make sure she remembers them by heart by end of 2011 (she'll be 2 years old then) - this is too ambitious no?
5. To give Izma an adik (if she can achieve item #4 ;p) - mungkin dia akan buat2 tak hafal supaya tak dpt adik yang akan berebut toys dgn dia...hehe eh tapi cop...kalau dpt adik pun bukan by this year yer...dpt dlm perut mungkin boleh this year but load out in 2012 ;pp
6. To move into our new house in Seri Bangi *wink*
7. To do more and more sales for my Tupperware Brands and makes my upline happy :) - jom2 beli jgn tak beli
8. To update my blogs more regularly especially my Tupperware Brands blog shop - ngee...ngee...
9. To be the best wife, mother, daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law...eh tipu yg last tu, Izma jgn gatal2 nak kawin lagi....aippp!

Ok I think that's enough la for now. Only 9 goals but I feel so scary and nervous just by looking at them...huhu InsyaAllah hopefully I can achieve those goals for this year. Of course the above list is not exhaustive. Those are the big ones. I'll add in if there are any other goals that I want to record here. Let's walk with me through all these this beautiful year...

iZmA HuMaiRa iS 1!!!

First of all, Alhamdulillah that I had manage to write this entry on this very day. How long will this entry be or how it will be ended are depend on the birthday girl herself. Right now she's still asleep beside me. Hopefully I can finish writing all the things that I want to write (what things eh?) before she wakes up and ask for her nenen..hehe

Actually I don't really have any specific idea on what to write about on this special day but this whole day my head keep rewinding on what I had been through exactly one year ago. It really feels like it was just yesterday. But among all the things that I've been through on this date last year (most of them are the 19-hour labour pain ;p) the most vivid memory that I couldn't and won't ever forget was the moment I met eye to eye with my lovely daughter for the first time. That was when she had been cleaned and sent to me at the labor room. The nurse was holding her beside me and Izma was looking directly at me with her sparkling eyes. And just with that moment, my 19-hour labour pain was gone...she really had such beautiful eyes that melt my heart (my heritance maybe or ayah kut sbb buat cair nih ;p)

Ok lah actually I have few things to record here but don't know where to start. I want to record her milestone achievements so far (ape nih? report card ke?), then I want to put her monthly pictures until today (ni monthly progress report pulak ke?) But I think I start with the latter and have another separate entry on her milestone achievements...but...but...jgn ingat hari ni ada 2 entry ye...it will be later. Hopefully not that much later la kan...ngeh2...

1 month old!

I know how to smile already! And people still call me cutenyerrr and I'll definitely looked up!

2 months old!

I just figured out that my name is Izma s'thing...yeah whatever..i still prefer cutenyerrr though!

3 months old!

Ayah bought me this lovely dress. I'm definitely a girl right? And a cute one too!

4 months old!

This time mama really tried hard to flatten my cacak2 hair so that I won't look like a baby boy. Nice try mama ;p

5 months old!

Can't hide my trojan hair. Wearing pink didn't help from people mistaken me for a boy. I told you I should stick to cutenyerrr name. Sounds more feminine kan :)

6 months old!

Got my Bumbo. And all those toys that ayah and mama put at my stroller to keep me from screaming aloud at shopping complexes ;p

7 months old!

Celebrate ayah's birthday @ Victoria Station 2 days after my 7-month birthday! Ayah is 348 months old during this time :) (Mama is much younger yer...by a lot of months ;p)

8 months old!

Couldn't fit into this stroller anymore la. Can't we just bring the queen bed for me to sleep during mama's shopping trips?

9 months old!

At Bluewave Hotel, JB...used to be my second home..hehe but not anymore :)

10 months old!

Big enough to sit at my own chair at restaurants! Oh my hair is already so girlish right?

11 months old!

I'm a big girl but I still want mama to carry me :) And btw if you ask, I don't know who are those people at the back of us. Do you?

12 months old!

I'm 1!!! And I put that one candle on the cake myself! It's chocolate banana cake and it's my first birthday cake! :)

Mama let me lick the spoon. Oh it's sooo nyum nyum yummy!!!

When ayah comes home I want to ask for a cheese cake pulak. Yippie!! I love my birthday!!!

It's a Sunday

And I can't believe I have time to write s'thing here on a Sunday! Actually the main reason that I have all the time in the world on this particular Sunday is because hubby is currently offshore (sob...sob...) and Izma is already asleep and I didn't join her as I usually do because I already got a lot of sleep this afternoon. Long nice nap...as I said I have all the time in the world :)

It's 12 days to go before hubby came home and we already missed him terribly. But happy today as we saw him at Skype just now :) But still long way to go before we can see him physically. Ok2 enough whining ;p

Well I don't have any specific topic or story to tell today but feel guilty of abandoning this space for so long (yes, same old, same old ;p). I'm having my ACD in ONE WEEK and I'm supposed to use this free weekend to study but you know what happened? I forgot! And now that I remember that I'm supposed to study, it's too late already!!!huhu...so tomorrow I'll have meeting in the morning, want to settle a few administrative work in the afternoon and there goes my Monday. Tuesday is a public holiday. So I got Wednesday until Friday to cover everything. Just forget the next weekends ya since we all know what happened this weekend ;p Waaaa I don't want to go to ACD!!!

And also just now hubby asked me to start the preparation for Izma's first birthday party which will be tentatively on 19th December because that's the only time my in laws are available until next year. Where do I start? And I have to prepare for my ACD as well (do I? ;p) And I have to discuss on the birthday party with my MIL...over the phone. I think I can only start doing the preparation only after my ACD or else I won't be studying at all because preparing a birthday party is so much more fun, right??? Really can't wait to get over my ACD and start surfing the net for the Barbie birthday cake (Izma don't have any Barbie doll yet and she doesn't even know what Barbie is but who cares right? Barbie doll cake is so adorable, no? Hehe mama yang lebih2 ni...kasi can la while she still couldn't pick her own birthday cake kan...kan...)

But whatever it is, I still want to make a super duper small birthday party on her actual birthday which will consists of Izma, myself, her Opah, her Cu and a little birthday cake which I plan to buy at Cake Sense on my way back from work. Nyum2...which cake to buy eh? Cheese cake or moist chocolate cake? Or...both? Haha this is actually for myself but I promise that the birthday girl will have a piece of it. A little super duper tiny piece...and the rest is ours...yeah!!!!

Ok lah enough on my imaginary birthday cake. I'll try to make a special entry for my little darling angel during her birthday soon. I hope I can make it...right on her first birthday. Oh my baby girl is almost 1!!! It feels like only yesterday we set eyes on her for the first time...at 5.55pm on 8th December 2009...

A big girl!!!

Why I choose 9 months later? Because that's the lattest Izma's pic that we took on an 8th...just for the dramatic effect of saying, '_ months later...', so that the pic is really taken on her monthly birthday...haha whatever la. Actually I can just pick any latest pic of her and say 11 moths later... You won't know if it's true right? Ok2 enough with all those dramatic effect...the point is my tiny little girl had become a big girl now!!! And I'm falling in love with her everyday!!! And with her ayah too *wink*



RaYa WitHoUt OuR mAn~~~

Yes, we'll celebrate our aidiladha soon...without our beloved man...sob...sob...takde rezeki Izma to have proper first raya, both for aidilfitri and aidiladha. It's ok darling, you are still surrounded by people that are so crazy madly in love with you especially ME! :)

So our man is currently 'work for the nation' at offshore Kerteh right now since Monday and insyaAllah he'll be home by next Friday. And from now on he's officially work on offshore basis for the hook up an commissioning activities. He'll be 2 weeks offshore and followed by 2 weeks onshore rest and to be continued on this basis until end of 2011. That is if everything goes smoothly. If not then this arrangement will continue until the project completes.

And right now Izma and I are waiting for him to be online at Skype, our latest most important internet application, which took over Facebook in the list ;p In what place Blogger is? Errrr let me count and will tell you later. So way down the list...hahaha. And speaking of waiting, now it's just me. Izma is already asleep on my lap in front of this lappy.

p/s: This in an overdue entry which I didn't manage to finish coz hubby was already online that time for our Skype session...and the rest is history ;p
The truth is I really don't remember what story I want to tell for the above entry but don't want to delete my 'huge' effort writing s'thing in here so this entry will stay...like it or not ;p
